How to Stay Healthy During Lock-down – By Keeping Yourself Engaged in Different Activities

Hope you all are doing well,
Currently everybody is aware about lock-down going on every where and because of that we all are very much depressed due to world crisis so called Corona Virus (COVID 19). But don’t panic yourself, only you need to do or ways to prevent from this virus:
>Avoid Crowded Places – Keep Social Distancing
>Wash your hands with soap properly at least 20 seconds
>Cover coughs and sneezes with tissue or the inside of your elbow
>Avoid close contact with anyone with symptoms of respiratory illness
>Clean/disinfect objects and surfaces
>Do not travel if you develop any symptoms of the illness
>Conduct meetings through ms teams/ calls and zoom meetings
Now I am going to share few tips which I tried for keeping my-self fit and healthy during these days. We can overcome this situation by following few simple steps as below:
  1. >Do Meditation – >
    As per my practice & experience I am here to tell you about my experiment with meditation we will not be able to do this without keeping in mind that we have to relax our mind in such a difficult time to fight with a interesting way where we will gain something intellectually or physically after doing meditation. I know you will not feel it enjoyable in starting and not even able to concentrate on this but once you will be able to do this then you don’t know what a beautiful experience of life it is. First start with short 5 to 10 minutes session then go for larger sessions once your interest is developed.
    What you need to do > Take ear plugs from any market (mostly you can find it there @ medical shops and supermarkets) and insert in your ears to keep off all the noise coming from outside of your body then take a deep breath and start counting from 10 to 1 very slowly and concentrate on your internal voice coming out but try to hear it from your right ear as its a side of logical mind which will help you to get into it faster otherwise you can continue as per your ability but it will take little more time to enter in the field of meditation.
    Like this as I told earlier in starting 5 to 10 minutes is fine then increase your time 10 to 15 minutes everyday its amazing you will feel grate and relaxed. And keep it in mind don’t increase your time more than 1 hour else you want to enter in spiritual world. I don’t want to do marketing but just suggesting you books to read for meditation knowledge i.e. Autobiography of A Yogi, 9 Secrets of Successful Meditation – B.K.S Iyengar & The Book of Secrets – Osho only to understand meditation and not to misuse power of meditation.
  2. >Read Books ->
    During these days we must have right knowledge and motivation to keep our-self perfect in terms of knowledge and understanding so we need to be updated about something new which help us to grow and understand right things in our Daily life, Professional Life & also for learning of kids and youngsters. So read good books which gives you motivation to learn something about creative use of your logical mind like Smart Thinking – Matthew Allen, Think & Grow Rich – Napoleon Hill & Leadership without Ego – Bob, Brain & Issac. These books will help you in your general life too. For youngsters they need to read time management books to do things on time and in a proper systemically. And we need to guide small kids too to develop there habit of reading to increase their knowledge by story books, general knowledge and about daily aspects of life.
  3. >Healthy Food Cooking Habits ->
    During these days we are unable to go out so we have to take care of our food habits too
    to keep our-self healthy. Apart from meditation we need to practice exercise of some yoga techniques also (In yoga there is a movement of body in different positions you can find basic understanding from B.K.S Iyenger Sir’s Book -Yoga). Try some healthy recipes from you tube and make at home at your own pace. If you don’t mind will suggest you some recipes may be you like them i.e. vegetable Daliya(broken wheat) spiced up with ginger and chillies, Special Vegetable Rice spiced with small amount of soy sauce & Vinegar.
  4. >Make Groups to Talk, Play Games and have Healthy Discussions over there ->
    This is also a good idea to do group talks on FB or Whattsapp or Zoom Meeting Group where you can spend quality time with family and friends without getting bored.

Corona Virus Aka COVID 19

Warm request to world citizen,
Be careful and safe with yourself, if not then it harm others too. Don't create panic be unite to fight with this so called virus corona.
Kindly guide to those who are not understanding basic facts about this and we are well enough to fight with calmness.
Everything will be under-control if we participate in this with sincerity as per below precautions after understanding about this:
What is coronavirus (COVID 19)?
Coronavirus is a type of virus that effects the respiratory tract, which can cause minor to severe illness. The ongoing infection is caused by a variant called COVID 19
How does it spreads?
COVID 19 mostly spreads infected person to others. It spreads through the air by coughing or sneezing or even when someone touches a contaminated surface like a door handle.
What are Signs and Symptoms?
Running nose, headache, cough, difficulty breathing, pneumonia, throat pain & high fever.
How to pre test in general by yourself before going to doctor?
Try to hold your breath after inhaling then keep it for at least 15 to 20 seconds then leave it. If you can its fine but if facing trouble in this then go to doctor asap and do all the required tests.
Theses shared information are just for basic awareness.
